Measure the letter height as the height of the tallest Capital Letter.
So, if your project has a capital letter in it, make sure you look at an letters that drop below the baseline. Capital letters DO not drop below the baseline, so the height of letters like j, g and y will NOT be included in total letter height. Many script fonts have as much or more letter height below the baseline as above. Make sure you consider this when choosing your letter height.
If there are no capital letters, the lettering height will be measured by the tallest lowercase letter.
